The
Cradle Roll is the part of our church that looks out for the 0-6
year olds, Maureen Mercer is responsible for this group. The 'Primary'
is the group for youngsters aged 2-6 years old. This group is run
by Melanie Forsyth Smith and they meet every Sunday morning in Boscombe
Salvation Army's community hall.
The Primary meet at 11.00am (to coincide with the start of the main
morning service) and finish around 12-12.15pm and are a much valued
part of the church family. Provided for them is a fully supervised,
secure environment where the children can share time together and
develop into fine young people and develop the beginnings of their
relationship with God.
The Primary do a variety of activities including singing, art and
craft and games. The Primary sometimes perform an item or two in
front of the adults on occasions such as Christmas or Easter when
they are lead by the young people at Boscombe Salvation Army.
