Boscombe
Salvation Army is fortunate enough to have its own football team
which competes most weeks home and away in the South Wessex Evangelical
Alliance Football League.
The team consists of players not only from the Corps here at Boscombe,
but also Winton Salvation Army and others associated with the two
Corps. After seasons of varying degrees of success including promotion
to the top tier, on Saturday 12th March 2008, the team won 'The
Plate' against Blandford.
