Weekly Diary

Sundays

10.00am – Open-air witness (in Bournemouth – seasonal). A chance for the Corps to go and minister in person to those who can’t physically attend meetings and the general public. This regularly includes a small band visiting nursing homes or hospital wards in the area. In the summer months open-air services are often held in Bournemouth Central Gardens and local housing estates.
11.00am – Morning Meeting (Easter Sunday 10.45am)
11.30am – Primary (2-6 yrs) & Sunday Madhouse (Until 12.30pm) (7-12yrs and 13+)
6.00pm – Evening Meeting in variable formats (Café Church is held once a month at 5.00pm in place of other evening events)
7.15pm – 13+ Youth Fellowship

Mondays

10am – Quiet Space (in The Sanctuary) – Led by Lieut. Colonel Alwyn Mingay
8pm – Mens Fellowship (1st Monday in the month)

Tuesdays

9.30am – Prayer meeting in the Sanctuary
6pm – Singing Company practice (Junior Choir)
7.15pm – Junior Timbrels practice
8pm – Boscombe Songsters practice (Adult Choir)

Wednesdays

9.15-11.15am – POTs (Parents of Toddlers – term time only)
6pm – Brownies (Brown Owl Claire Hohne 01202 247243)
7pm – Mid-Week Bible Study (in The Sanctuary) – Led by Major Colin Hunt
7.30pm – Ladies Fellowship (1st Wednesday in the month except July/August)
7.30pm – Crafty Ladies (3rd Wednesday in the month in the Community Lounge)

Thursdays

11am – Home League (tea at 10.30am)
2-4pm – Art class
6pm – Beavers and Cubs
6pm – Young Peoples Band practice
7.45pm – Boscombe Band practice
7.45pm – Scouts (Scout Master Mike Glassey 01202 579284)
8pm – Senior Timbrels practice

Fridays

6.30pm – Meal Run of hot food to those in need in Bournemouth

Saturdays

Whilst there isn’t a regular Saturday programme, we often play host to Saturday night festivals, concerts and events! Many of these aim to raise money for valuable causes. Check out our What’s on guide for what’s coming up… see you there!
